Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This page is maintained by the Cono account owner to explain how personal data is handled by the Cono service. It is not a legal certification.

1. Who we are

Cono ("we", "us") provides hosted form and quotation software. When you (an Account Owner) embed a Cono form on your website, we act as a data processor for the personal data submitted by your visitors (Respondents).

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email, name, company, billing metadata.
  • Form content: questions and configuration you author.
  • Submissions: whatever a Respondent provides (name, email, phone, answers).
  • Operational data: IP address, user agent, request timestamps — retained for abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

To operate the service, deliver transactional emails on the Account Owner's behalf, produce billing invoices, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

4. Subprocessors

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the database, deliver email, and process payments. Contact us for the current list of subprocessors.

5. Retention

Submissions are retained for as long as the Account Owner keeps the form active. Deleting a form deletes its submissions.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Respondents should contact the Account Owner first, who can action requests directly from the Leads inbox.
