Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or embedding a Cono form, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Cono on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Feature access and usage limits are governed by the plan tier stated at checkout (Starter, Growth, Scale).

3. Acceptable use

• No collecting sensitive categories of data (health, government IDs, payment card numbers) through hosted forms.
• No spam, phishing, or deceptive quote flows.
• No reselling as a whitelabel form builder without a written agreement.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the questions, branding, and submissions collected via Cono. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host and deliver the service.

5. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, forms are unpublished and submissions retained for 30 days for export before deletion.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cono's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
